Six treatments that can be booked together as a full groom or on their own. Open each one to see what it involves.

  • Professional bathing

    A shampoo and rinse suited to your pet's coat and skin, worked right down to the undercoat, then a thorough dry so no damp is left sitting against the skin.

  • Breed-specific haircuts

    Cuts shaped to your dog's or cat's breed, or a simpler practical trim if that suits your routine better. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll talk it through before the scissors come out.

  • Brushing

    Loose undercoat, tangles and knots brushed out gently, section by section. Regular brushing keeps a coat lighter, cleaner and less likely to mat between visits.

  • Nail trimming

    Nails clipped back to a comfortable length, so your pet can stand, walk and grip properly without nails catching or clicking.

  • Ear cleaning

    Outer ears wiped clean and hair around the opening tidied where the breed needs it. If we notice redness or an unusual smell, we'll tell you so you can check with your vet.

  • Tooth cleaning

    Surface cleaning of the teeth to freshen the mouth. It's part of a good routine, not a replacement for dental checks with your vet.

Coats, temperaments and tolerances differ a lot between the two, so the routine is shaped around the animal in front of us.

Dogs

Short smooth coats, double coats, wiry and curly coats all need different handling. We bathe, dry and brush with your dog's coat type in mind, then finish with a breed-specific cut or a practical tidy-up. Your choice.

Cats

Plenty of cats rarely need a full bath, and some do. We start with brushing and working out knots, add a bath only when the coat calls for it, and keep nail trims and ear care as short and calm as we can.
